What Client’s Say

1. X-Sell Teams/ Yourself

Thank you once again for the recent training provided to me and my team.

This has to be the most valuable training for self development I have experienced.  The in depth detail of my individual preference type allows me to evaluate my strengths and how I feel, think, react, etc which is 97% accurate – it is amazing.  I have a better understanding of me and how others see me and I would be more open to ask others what they need; have I given them enough detail etc.

In respect of understanding others, the training sessions have given me a greater understanding of how my team members feel, think, etc and I believe I can better communicate with them and assist them in areas where they require it as well as with other people at work and home.

The individual and group sessions have been enjoyable, interesting and most revealing in many ways.  I am very optimistic that my team will have a greater understanding of each other and will work together more positively and improvements will be seen for our customers.

2. X-Sell with Your Customers

In the current economic climate in which we operate, we are not only measured on the quality of the job we do and the value for money we offer. Organisations want to ensure that the companies they commission to do work for their clients (e.g. home owners) provide excellent customer service and that is why we engaged X-Sell.

Unlike typical customer service programmes Tracy supported our employees to not only understand and implement generic organisational standards but more importantly to realise the impact that their different personalities might have on customers. She supported and encouraged them to adopt an approach that I am sure will see our company being viewed in a positive light by the people receiving the service.

I would definitely recommend X-Sell to other organisations that are serious about customer engagement and satisfaction and in this current climate who can afford not to be?

3. X-Sell with Your Customers

When you work for yourself and selling yourself and a product is part and parcel of daily life, understanding the people you are selling to and what might influence them is a necessity.

When I spoke to X-Sell and they talked to me about a system that could help me understand other people to the extent it could really help me shape my sales approach to be more effective was something I was keen to explore. I found the MBTI process very interesting and the results to be really accurate.

The upshot of the sessions was that I have been able to adapt my approach to clients in order to meet their needs more effectively and develop even better professional relationships. I would recommend this programme to anyone in business.

4. X-Sell Teams

I recently took part in MBTI with members of the team I work alongside. Initially there was a little bit of suspicion in relation to why we were taking part in this but that concern was allayed very quickly. Although we have all worked together for a long period of time in different roles this gave us a real insight into how we work as individuals, why you gravitate to working with certain people in a team and how with a little more insight and knowledge about the way that your team is made up that all individuals bring value to the team in their own unique way.

Taking part in this gave us all a better understanding of the needs of each individual enabling them to function in their role and meant that the differences, which in the past had previously caused issues were no longer a concern. On a personal level I found it interesting as I took part in something similar to this in the early stages of working in my current post and I was interested to discover how I have developed over time. It has helped me to encourage the managers that I am responsible for to recognise the differing makeup and needs of their staff in the working environment in a positive way, which will in turn have a positive impact upon our customers.

5. X-Sell Relationships

When I met Tracy at X-Sell I had been having difficulties in the relationship with my 7 year old son for some time and had tried various forms of therapy to no avail. In all honesty when we first spoke I wasn’t 100% convinced she could help. However when we made contact again and went into more detail into the particular problems I was having, I started to think more positively about the possibilities that her service could offer. I decided to go ahead and complete the process for both me & my son in the hope that it could provide me some answers to my many questions … I was not disappointed.

Tracy met with me first and explained the process and I filled in my questionnaire, she then sent my son a questionnaire by email & I sat with him while he answered his. We met again to discuss the results which really did help explain a lot.

I found out that my son has one of the rarer personality types. Tracy spent some time explaining it to me and how he sees the world very differently from how I do. She also met with Sam to explain the results to him too. I have been doing some reading up following this and have more to do but at least I am starting to understand and am learning some new parenting techniques that should help us return to a more harmonious household.

I would recommend this service to anyone who wishes to gain a better understanding of their own & other people’s personality types and how they can affect both personal and working relationships. I personally think this should be done in schools, it would help teachers gain a better understanding of their pupils and how best to engage them.

I am very grateful to Tracy for all her help and support. It’s the best money I have spent in a long time and although I wasn’t sure initially, it has been worth every penny!
